Giulia Góes graduated from PUCRS film school in 2014, in the city of Porto Alegre. At university she wrote and directed her first fiction short, Água (2014), in which she was also the editor. Água was awarded Best Photography and Best Actor at the 6th Festival Internacional de Cinema da Fronteira, and Best Editing at the 4th Cineserra.
Currently she has a few personal projects in development, such as the feature film Entornos and the documentary short Constelação.
